Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins
My Book Review
Book title and author: The Hunger Games, by Suzanne Collins
Title of review: Hunger Games
Number of stars (1 to 5): 4
Hunger Games was an absolutely amazing book. The amount of action, surprise and the twisted love story will make you wanting to read more and more.
This book begins with a young katniss Everdeen. She lives in the poverty ridden part of district 12 where she hunts outside of the district (past where she is allowed to go) to feed her sister, mother, and herself. When the day of the reaping begins it’s the first year her sister has to participate. That day her sister is picked and Katniss jumps out and gives herself as tribute to save her sister from the cruel blood bath ahead.
This book was just great all the way around. My favorite part was you actually got attached to the characters in this book like you knew them in real life. The first book in this series definitely left a lot of tuned in readers asking for more.
In, Conclusion I would recommend this book to any person who even questions the greatness of this book. If you haven’t read it begin now!
