Middle School the Worst Years of My Life/James Paterson
Little, Brown and Company, 2012, 336pg
Fiction

You will see that Rafe Khatchadorian didn’t see that middle school is all that it comes out to be. He will have to work through all the troubles that lie ahead. This book takes place with a 13 year old boy named Rafe and he’s about to take his first trip to middle school. He’s about to deal with life in middle school, bullies, teachers that are very unique, and his worst one his first crush. He will act many different ways but you’ll have to read to find that out. In the begging you will see our main character Rafe gets to see what middle school is really like. When you read on you’ll see what he gets into in his life, in and out of school. And in the end you’ll find out how good his mind is and how active it can be.

This book left a really good impression with me. You can see how middle school is in Rafes stand point. How his actions land him where he is in middle school. If you were to read this be ready for some laughs, seeming confused, And even a little mad. It’s just how Rafe chose to do what he does. So hope you enjoy this read. It’s not hard, would recommend this to middle school and up. And you can even check out all the other books in the series.
