Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets is a great book choice for me because I’ve always liked Harry Potter and the books and I’ve always found interest in the novel. My favorite Harry Potter book is the Chamber of Secrets because of the events that happen in the book,  the storyline in the book and the characters in the book are great. The characters in the book are Harry, Ron Weasley, Heromone Granger, Voldemort, Tom Riddle, Hagrid, Albuss Dumbledore, Draco and Lucius Malfoy and more. I found this book interesting and I feel like it is right for me to read it because I’m a big fan.

One of the events I liked was when Ron and Harry used the magic car to Hogwarts.

Harry and Ron had one minute to get to the train when they tried to enter the secret platform, it closed on them and they took matters into their own hands and decided to take his family's flying car.

Next event that I liked was when Hermione gets petrified

After Harry's quidditch game Professor McGonagall called him and Ron to the hospital wing. They find out that Hermione had become petrified and she was holding a mirror.

All of these characters play a huge role in the novel with them being friends with each other so far in the book. Lucious has gotten in trouble by attempting to sabotage Arthur Weasley's career by slipping Arthur's daughter an old school diary of Tom Riddle's

Voldemort is a mean person because he killed Harry’s parents. Voldemort was supposed to kill Harry but was not successful. Instead he went for Harry’s parents and killed both Harry’s mom and dad.

Summary

During a dinner party hosted by Harry's uncle and aunt, Harry is visited by Dobby, a house-elf. Dobby warns Harry not to return to Hogwarts, the magical school for wizards that Harry attended the previous year. Harry politely disregards the warning, and Dobby wreaks havoc in the kitchen, infuriating the Dursleys.
