Forbidden Love
I laughed at Romeo and Juliet
And the fantasies of love at first sight
But since the first time that thou and I met
I fear my heart has fallen for thy eyes
Dear angel, I fancy to confess to thee
And dream of the sweetness of thy soft lips
But how could thou ever love a fool like me
Too cowardly to hold on to thy hips
Why did God create thou beautiful so,
Yet made an ugly creature such as I
In thy eyes, I am but Quasimodo
Dreaming of Esmeralda by his side
Forever after, thou will ever be
Loving someone else, anyone but me.
