Summertime is near

Summertime is right around the corner

So let’s all stand up and cheer

As this is the time when things get brighter


Summertime is near

When the all of the trees are filled with leaves

As this is defiantly the time of year

When nobody deceives or grieves


Summertime is near

When all of the birds start to sing

Many people will hear

The birds babbling


Summertime is near

So we have nothing to fear
