Nothing Like That of Nature
Thy beauty is nothing like that of nature
Au contraire my dear, it compels its virtue
The fresh scent of forest’s morning’s dew
Reeks when compare to the scent of thy perfume
The sun’s light pales in comparison to thy eyes
When it scintillates with happiness’ joy in delight
O pure roses flowers hath never been so ugly
When place by thy extravagant beauty
And when thee talk, no sound hath ever been so pleasant
Thus thee sing in my ears the love song that loves being sang
God knows how my love is rare
But thy beauty is a curse no men can bear
