I wrote this tongue twister like haiku to memorate my first autumn living in the city Shanghai. I'm so touched by the beauty of the autumn season of the city.
Seeing leaves falling also makes me reflect on the current stage of my life. I just turned 17 this autumn. On one hand I'm excited for this long-expected romantic age, but on the other hand I'm stressed about the incoming life of living on myself and building my own family. I'm worried if I'm really well tuned for that.
'For how many leaves fall in Fall, for Fall to be felt?'
For how old I should be, to be ready to the life off the hands of my parents and feed myself?
Am I ready for being an adult? I honestly don't know.
