I Want a Revolution
I want a revolution
Outside of my front door
The chaos and the rioting
Everything and more
I want to witness it firsthand
The fight for humanity
It would seep down into my brain
I’d turn into a revolutionary
I would stand on my front porch
And offer anarchists lemonade
I would sit and listen for a spell
To all the stories they’ve made
And then I would join them for their cause
To fight for something true
I’d die for these rebels
Just to feel a part of something too
