My Mom
A woman like no other
She was born to be a mother
A friend I´ll never lose
One of the few who in my heart won´t leave a bruise
She cares and loves every part of me
Ignores my flaws and lets me be
She´s been there since the beginning
Guiding me through and always forgiving
I´m not the easiest person to handle
Loud, fragile, and always making a scandal
But she´s been there through it all
Picking me up when I fall
Her green eyes are always shining
I lose myself in them
Especially when she´s smiling
It reminds me of a beautiful gem
When I was two years old
She wrapped me in her arms whenever I was cold
When I turned five
Her company made me feel alive
Now I´m almost fifteen
And I still look up to you
My admiration will keep increasing
Don´t forget I love you
