This Is What The Raven Told Me
November 24, 2013
One late night I walked outside,
And a raven flew down and said...
"Crying from inside you feel all alone but,that is just a lie.
We all feel sad and we all feel bad and our friends try not to pry."
I stepped one step closer but the bird backed away saying...
"Please not any closer,
Depression it lingers,
and latches on to us,"
"Locking our souls in a saddened place, with our corpses just lying down."
Then as I asked a simple "why" he just flew away drifting into the darkness of night...
Never to be seen again.
