Hold on,
Don’t go,
Just give me
One last chance,
To prove that you were wrong
About me
And who I am.
I need to show you,
That I am more,
Than empty words,
Weightless promises,
And a shallow teen existence.
But if you are too ignorant,
To give me that chance,
To look past
Your unjust prejudiced,
Then I don’t need your opinion
In the first place.
