One more gunshot,
Another life gone,
One more gunshot,
Another weeping family that night,
One more gunshot,
Another jail cell filled.
One more gunshot,
More families holding their children to their chests,
One more gunshot,
The more tedious life becomes,
One more gunshot,
Gone.
