Snow Angels
Let's spread out our wings
and lie in the snow,
quick before the
dandelions come
again,
then we can
paint the black hole
even blacker,
till it gleams like vinyl records,
and then get lost in
Jupiter's eye,
hold her gaze like a lover
in a red dust hurricane
we'll never make it out
alive.
There is no snow for making angels
out there,
but
there are no dandelions
either.
