Discrimination
A weapon of mass destruction,
powerful but deadly.
Designed to bring down people.
It leaves a stench of hate in its path.
It's like a scar that won't go away.
Like a disease that has no cure.
Everyone has this dreadful disease,
even if it's not used.
It lurks in the back of your brain.
It's a cobra that strikes unexpectedly,
And innocent people are the prey.
It's a python that squeezes the saneness out of you.
It's a concept that's been in existence since the beginning of time.
Violence, segregation, war.
All results from discrimination.
The death of our existence.
