Reaching
The past is now gone
So where do I stand?
I need to move on
And take this new hand
Reaching for new dreams
As my old ones fall down
Sometimes my heart screams
As none can be found
I’m leaping forward
As the moments spin on
But it feels like moving backward
And this journey feels long
The stars swim in the sky
but my hang reaches out
in the distance they stay
But my heart holds no doubt
