her masks her aid
No one knows what she is going through.
No one sees her pain.
No one sees her tears
No one hears her thoughts.
She wears a mask
To protect her from the world.
She is too afraid to let
Everyone see her feelings
And who she really is
Her masks her aid
It protects her from questions
From more pain
And from stares of people,
Who don’t understand.
