What Anxiety Is Like
Breathe in...breathe out...
I am a victim of anxiety.
Breathe in, breathe out...
Anxiety is like a monster in a child's nightmare, always running faster. Always catching up.
Always there.
Breathe in, breathe out...
Your mind starts to race. Your thoughts turn into voices, wearing down your soul and mind.
You're not good enough, you'll never be good enough.
Breathe in, breathe out...
You won't survive in this world.
Breathe in, breathe out, breathe in..
Everyone hates you.
Voices echo in your head, repeating over and over...
Over and over.
Over and over.
Breathe in, breathe out, breathe in, breathe out, breathe in, breathe out.
Dizziness washes over you, it's hard to breathe. Everything seems like a blur, nothing is ever good enough. No one is happy, it's not okay—
Breathe in, breathe out...
You're not okay.
Anxiety can never leave. It will always be there, so I have to face it head-on every day.
However, anxiety is useful.
It will always be there.
But..it can get better. It will get better.
Breathe in.....breathe out.

nice job :)
This piece is my first chapter in my book #INSPIRE on Wattpad. It describes my anxiety, and how I live with it every day. It can get better, you just need to keep fighting. Stay strong!
