Back in the day
The grass was greener
The sky was blue
And the air was cleaner
Back in the day
When gas was cheap
Where everyone lived
And true love was deep
Back in the day
When 40 was fast
People didn’t stare
While you’re having a blast
Now in this day
Prices are high
People get killed
Plus everyone lies
Why the dread
And all of the change
With so many dead
Now who’s to blame?
