With deaths defying deeds at hand
I denounce the advocates plan
of the way life was much long ago;
devils palmature palm at hand.
I see but I must not suppress
the lights abolishing tone,
much like the slivers sympathy plan
the initials now in stone.
I hate but I must not compress
the humans mind and ways.
For every stress we all possess
could send us on for days.
And in return I sometimes fear;
or rather not I think,
that through this tirade of scream
and chant the people fear to
blink.

The author's comments:
This poem takes a somewhat pessimistic view on what life use to be and how it's now always moving forward, which people think is so great. But some may not agree and some may feel this pressure of new technologies can be fearful and hard to express.
