Lovers at Dusk
With love spilling out of my bleeding heart. With our bodies entwining should take part. Breathing heavily with silent kisses. Only does Cupid's poisoned darts misses. Grasping life that lingers on your tongue, should I take a breathe? With rose petals falling like tears from the air, Should this be our last pleasant death. Black eyes and enchanted skies. Holding in and hear innocent cries. Arms wrapped my waist. Only you, my love, it is you I want to taste. Whispers echo with the wind through these empty rooms. Speaking in a thousands tongues I can only consume. Fingers crawling against my skin with pure delight. Only can the darkness hide our sin as we continue to dance into the blackened night.
