bullying
A line of 2 grades that changed my life drastically. An emotional train that went down hill quickly , which never helped my life , with no effort of getting out of it. Words hitting me like shards of glass bullies. Me and jamie had to dream big to stop a lifetime of bullying. When dreaming big , which includes a lot of time and effort to succeed , victims of bullying still need to have realistic goals.
The documentary film bullied was heartbreaking movie. Jamie was a boy who was bullied by the kids because of jamie’s decision tobe open about himself being gay. He went through so much that he attempted suicide and failed, but he run away to protect himself from the bullying.later on jamie decided that it was time to stand up for his rights to help stop the bullying. Jamie’s big dream was to help people understand that everybody is different in someway and they don’t deserve to be bullied for any reason no matter what it is.
My 4th grade year was not all it was made up to be. I started at ikard elementary , my first year there and it was brand new to me , on bankhead street. I had a hard time getting use to the largeness of the school and on top of that a boy named anthony headsmith started bullying me. There were 90 % of the days that i would come home in tears. It became so difficult that my mom , grandma , and grandpa decided that they were going to pull me off the bus and take me to and from school just to stop the bullying on the bus. Soon enough anthony may have started it , but my grandpa finished it ( let's just put it this way it ended with several police officers , court , and inappropriate words being yelled).my big dream was to find someone to help me stand up against him.
The school , the bus , and at home has begun to shred me to pieces of tear drops again. My 7th grade year and i was so happy to get out of elementary school. Soon enough my happiness disappeared like the sun in the sky. I had 2 new bullies that hated me so much and it was for no reason ( at least that is what i thought ) at all .They’re brothers and they live in the same building in the apartment complex that i live in.They started throwing obscenities in my face as if i was nothing , but a plain white wall. They spread rumors about me every where. I finally stopped and realised that no one has the right to make you feel inferior without your consent. So i finally standed up and got help from assistant principal edmunds and assistant principal craft to end the brothers hatred towards me. I did forgive them , but i never forgot any of it.
The more we let people like students , teachers , and staff trod all over us the more we lose hope. There is no reason that we should allow victims of bullying, that could be bullied for any reason, to keep being bullied no matter the circumstances. Bullies maybe strong, but victims are stronger like a surfer riding the pure deep oceanic blue rippling waves with elegance.Victims of bullying have big dreams to stand up with help of others against bullying which takes time to succeed with a line of realistic goals.
