“China’s Forgotten Children” highlights the changes in the China adoption landscape and the growing number of special needs children being abandoned. Told from the perspective of a teen adoptee from China and featuring several adoption authorities, this short video explains China’s little known "aging out” adoption policy and highlights the plight of special needs orphans waiting to be adopted by families.
