Secret Window MAG
With its mysterious characters and twisted plots, this 2004 version of “Secret Window” is a must-see. Johnny Depp gives his best performance ever as a psychotic mystery writer whose odd behaviors are sure to keep your eyes glued to the screen. You are drawn to this horror movie in the very first scene when you encounter a mysterious stranger, John Shooter, who accuses Mort Rainey (Depp) of stealing his story and demands justice.
There is no way of clicking off this action-packed movie after Shooter’s demands turn to threats and his actions become uncontrollable. You are left in awe at the end when Rainey, determined to fulfill Shooter’s wish - to change the ending of his story - turns completely mad.
But what causes him to turn psychotic? And why is Shooter so determined to change the ending? For the answers, you will have to rent the most outrageous and twisted horror movie of this era, “Secret Window.”
