Matchmaking. Posh hats and sideburns. England.

There are three points I would like to make about this movie.

Number one: I had to watch this movie five times, simply because I didn't understand what they were monotonously yammering about. Now, I watched it after reading the summary and the character profiles. I guess this is why you should always read the book before the movie...heh

Number two: I like the English, the build up my interest for them. Continuously. With their silly little spoons, their cardboard like monarch, their pish-posh accent. They infatuate me, I feel like an astronaut watching an alien sometimes.

Number three: I rate it four stars. The scenery is majestic, crenelated houses, magical flowers, beautiful is hardly the word to describe it. The acting is wonderful! I mean, how can any young person from this time and age act like an incompetent women with her nose in the air? How? Really talented, I must say. I hate the characters, though: their noodle-like hair, super bushy sideburns and absolutely disgusting leggings. Yet, at the same time I respect this and it interests me.

Which is why I shall rate this... 4 stars!
