This book is called the crossover and the main characters are jb,josh and chuck ‘’da’’ man bell. This book is about josh and jb and dad in the beginning josh gets his nickname filthy mcnasty.then in the middle jb gets a girlfriend and josh throws a basketball at jb nose almost breaking it and then at the end chuck passed away and then josh made 49 free throws and then jb made the last one and they finally started to get along

This book will make you feel sad sometimes and happy. this author's style is using poetry to make his story better. I think this because in this story there was a chapter called 5 reasons josh likes his locks and in the poetry form it made it feel like josh really likes his locks and how he explained it.

The point of view of this book is first person because in this book the narrator is telling us about josh and jb and his dad and how they played basketball and how his dad taught them some life lessons. The impact of this story is when there dad died and josh and jb had to carry on with their life without their dad.

I think this book is a 4.5 out of 5 rating because i think this book is well written and good events to go with the story and how josh won his team the championship and how he never gave up and always tried his best.

The theme of this story is family is important because throughout the story family is a part of jb and josh and when there father died that event hurt them because that was his family member
