The story The Fault in Our Stars is a heartwarming story that talks about a girl named Hazel Grace that is diagnosed with cancer and she was sent to a support group where she met a boy named Augustus Waters. In the story, she goes through love and lost. The story also teaches you about people and your life. The author shows these things by using figurative language throughout the story to make it heart touching and interesting.

First of all, the author uses love in the story. In The Fault in Our Stars, Hazel meets a boy in her support group. They then fall in love with each in the story, but even though they were in love, they both had cancer which meant they had a chance of losing each other.

Secondly, the story talks about lost. In the story, Hazel loses someone special in her life that she never thought she would have lost. This causes her to be depressed but she then learned that even though she lost something precious to her, she will forget them.

Next, the story talks about people and your life. The story talks about people and how they change your life. And life is important in the story because even though Augustus had cancer it did not bother him and he still learned to live his life to the fullest.

Finally, I understand that the most important thing that the story teaches about is love, lost, people, and your life. These things are most important to the story because, without these things, the story would not be great as it is.
