This book review is on a book called Paper Towns by John Green. Paper Towns is a young adult fiction piece that was published in September 2009 by Dutton Books. This piece of writing is 336 pages. Paper Towns is a story of a boy finding out what love really is and learning who HE is along with it. Along his journey, to find who he thinks is the epitome of whom to love, he unveils many mysteries of life. One of these many mysteries that he unveils is that you can't make someone out to be more than who they really are, because "It is a treacherous thing to believe that a person is more than a person." -Paper Towns\

Quentin is in love with the infamous Margo Roth Spiegelman, but she is the girl that is utterly out of his reach. All until one night when Margo climbs through the window, looking for revenge. This revenge is in the form of pranks on the people who betrayed Margo. On this night he learned, from Margo, that they are all paper people, who live in a paper town in a paper world with paper everything. The night then turns out to be a success ending in the visitation of Sea World, but that all changes because Margo turns up missing the next morning. The thing is that she always leaves clues before she runs and Quentin takes it upon himself to find, who he thinks is, the love of his life. He goes on this crazy adventure with his best friends, the honeybunny lover, Ben Starling, and the friend whose parents own the world's second largest black Santa collection, Radar Lincoln. On his epic quest to find Margo he learnes that you can't think of a person to be more than a person, because after all we are all only human, but then again some of us can be or are so much more. On his epic adventure he learned that Margo, THE MARGO ROTH SPIEGELMAN, THE LOVE OF HIS LIFE was wrong. He finds that, "The town may be (was) paper, but the memories are (were) not." -Paper Towns After all that he uncovers about his miracle Margo, the unsolvable mystery, he still is in love with her. But then again is it really love?

This book is a tale of an epic adventure and what Quentin considers and epic romance. Although, I think that it is impossible to find one word that describes the book and my feelings towards the book. So the one word that i can find that even comes close is AMAZING. I believe that i liked this book so much because it was relatable; anyone can relate to this book in some way, shape or form, whether it be the characters, themes or plot line. I believe that the book was very well written and i followed a precise plot line that never seemed to confuse me or start to get random. I also think that the characters are part of the reason why the book is so likable. Each character is more unique than the next and each one has that one thing about them that can make you say "SAME" or in other words you might think that you and that character are so much alike. To e honest, I would read this book over and over, but the only thing that would seem to distress me would be the ending, because I love it but I also don't at the same time. I believe that I feel both ways because you were expecting this epic romance type ending, but you got something different... You got a Quentin that learned something amazing. he learned that you can't idolize a person, you can't hold them above the rest, because that oh so perfect image of them you have can be ruined because of it. We are all human and we all hold other above the rest, but we need to sstop and realize that they are equal to us. So, my conclusion is... Congratulations anf good work to John Green, you did and awesome job.
