Unbroken by Laura Hillenbrand was narrated in a third person point of view. The entire book was written in third person. This book was nonfiction because it talks about WWII. The book was sort of like a biography, which made it more interesting than other biographies that I have read.
Unbroken by Laura Hillenbrand was during WWII in Olean New York. Unbroken was a book about a young man named Louie Zammperini. Louie was always getting himself in to trouble, but his brother was always there to help him. Louie's brother then helped him change his life by getting Louie into running. Louie was really good at running he even qualified for the 1936 olympics. Soon after WWII broke out and Louie goes and enlists in the military. Then him and his plane crashed in the ocean and has to survive on his own, but is then captured by the Japanese. Soon after WWII was over Louie was aloud to go home to his family.
I didn't like Unbroken at the beginning of the book, because it was not very interesting, but the toward the middle of the book it got more and more interesting. That is when I started to like the book. I didn't really love the book, but i still didn't hate the book. I would really encourage other people to read it. I have to say that it is the best biography that I have ever read. Some people will like this book much better than me.
Over all the book wasn't my taste, but was still a very good book and I recommend it to anyone who loves WWII story's to read this I just don't like biography section or WWII stories, but please read it this was a pretty good book in my opinion.
