100 Best Health Foods is a book listing 100 different foods that are good for your health. It's divided into different sections one for fruits, veggies, chicken fish and seafood, grains and beans, herbs and spices, and nuts seeds and oils. The book also features a page next to each food that has a recipe that includes that certain food in it. The book has the nutrition facts of each food, the list of benefits, and some tips on how to store each food.
I personally find this book helps me a whole lot with healthy eating. It's easy to read and has a lot of pictures in it. This book also has inspired me to try different things. This book comes in a series of other books including ones for salads, smoothies, and gluten-free foods.
