“The Book would make you sleep but feel free to watch the movie of little action”The MockingJay was about Katniss being taken to district 13. They take care and train her to become the MockingJay but she request to save Anne, Peeta, and Joanna. If I had to pick what was better I would choose the movie because it?s was right in front of you. Then the book was all the parts more like spoiling part 1 and 2. That is why I believe that the movie was better even if it only had one action scene.

One difference from the book and movie was that when Katniss went to district 12 where it was bombed. When Katniss was walking around the book said she kicked the skull and that made it look straight at her. The movie she stepped on it in the mud facing up. Another is when District 13 was about to be bombed the book told that she came early when there was little people. The movie was she was kind of being stepped on trying to get down stair to the bunker. When Filming Katniss Pollex uses hand motions to talk to katniss to sing and don't cry in the movie. The book Pollex wrote in the dirt to sing and Pollex cried when Katniss was done singing.

When in the catching fire at the end Katniss was injected with a drug that made her hallucinate at the end. When the book started they landed in District 12 with a hovercraft and wanted to be alone. Then the movie Katniss was acting crazy in a hidden place where she was found by a nurse. And all she know that she walk up in her bed and still tried to escape.

A part that never happened in the book was that District 7 the lumberjacks were walking to a place to cut wood. Then one of them whistled the rebellion melody when he saw the sign of the MockingJay. The peacekeepers started to shoot at the lumberjacks but most of them survived when they climbed up the trees. The peacekeepers was not aware that there was bombs on the ground and then all died from it. Then the book I have no remembrance of the any of that happening.

Effie was the stylist of Katniss in the movie because she was the only able to understand her. The book she had 3 stylist and one of them were Effie. When Katniss was getting dressed in the book the stylist tried to make a suit that would cover all of her wounds and battle scar from the hunger games. Like her scar they used like a scarf with the rebellion sign (MockingJay) even use a lot of makeup to cover the wounds on her face. Then the book they just gave her a black suit and told her the wear it to make the District 13 coperte to save the other districts.

I think that it is good as the movie is even if the MockingJay book was more well detailed. When the director changed up the movie they might of had some problem with the book or maybe that it was hard make happen in the movie then the book. If I had to direct I would do mostly the same things as the real director. Then end part 1 at a drama scene to end the movie to make the people feel like what is going to happen next. Then if I make a Part 2 of MockingJay I finish with the war of the rebellions and the capital with an obvious win.
If you are a reader I would recommend reading the book because it?s well detailed and it is the whole MockingJay with out parts like the movie. Then if you dislike reading and your very patient watch the movie with your own eyes and then once finished you might want to read the book to see what will happen next will it be good or bad.
