Tears of a Tiger*
Tears of a Tiger, is truly a good book for people who like drama, romance, and suspense. It is a well written book with detail about feelings, and it is and always will be liked by many.  It’s rated the 7 in the top 10 books to read on Teenink.com.
Why is the tiger crying? This question is what Andy asks his little brother Monty after the wreck. It symbolizes that something big and strong can still let out all its emotions, without feeling like it is weak. Which in this case it is Andy. He has a tragic accident and it makes a big impact on his life. “Killer” is what Andy is called after he gets into a car wreck and his best friend Robbie dies. It was a tragedy that left Andy’s soul haunted, like that night was stuck on replay. Will he overcome this and get back to normal life?
One reason that I think Sharon Draper is an exceptional writer is that she can write and relate her stories to real life situations. She uses great dialogue in her book and it has an enjoyable storyline. The book is written in the form of a play, which is really fun to read.
One major reason you should read her book “Tears of a Tiger” is that you, as a friend of many, can read this book and possibly stop a tragedy from occurring.  I hope this review will help YOU decide if you want to read this GREAT book.
