Will Grayson,Will Grayson by John Green and David Levithan
August 29, 2014
Have you ever met someone with the same name as you? John Green and David Levithan's book "Will Grayson, Will Grayson" shows a perfect, thrilling twist to this event. I recommend this book because it is thrilling and spikes the attention of the readers.
Will Grayson follows two rules: (a) don't care too much and (b) shut up. He believes if you follow those two rules. Will's best friend Tiny, and a girl named Jane go to a concert. But when Will is left out of the concert, he ends up in an unexpected place. other will grayson, lowercase throughout, is a depressed teenager with only one true friend: Isaac. Isaac want o.w.g. to meet him at a place called Frenchys for a date, but when o.w.g. showed up, he learned the worst news ever. Thats when his whole life changed.
John Green and David Levithan's voices in this book perfectly fit the characters. They are sarcastic, funny, or sad when they need to be. The moral of the story is don't get a bad fake ID or you'll get busted.
This book is geared toward young adults. The vocabulary in this book isn't entirely difficult to understand. Also, the situations deal with actual events that would happen to a teen, and the way people act.
I honestly think this is a great book for teens. It provides lists of suspense as well as humor. I would definitely recommend it to people my age.
