Who wouldn't love this book? Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone starts out as a story about a young orphan that lives with his horrible aunt and uncle. His cousin torments him in the household. Harry thinks that all is lost until one day he discovers that he is a wizard, and he isn't just any wizard. He is the wizard that drove out the worst wizard when he was a one year old. Harry discovers more of his past as he is transported to the world of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. He writes his destiny, makes friends, and gets a chance to prove himself. This story was written by J.K. Rowling. This was a wonderful debut for her. This was probably her most well-known series. I would recommend this book to anyone who loves works of the imagination. This is a perfect fantasy novel for anyone.

This book is geared mainly toward upcoming teens and older. The vocabulary in this book isn't complicated at all. This book would be perfect for anyone looking for adventure. The book has been read by adults, too. They've even given great reviews.

The author's emotion is not clearly seen this book. The reason for this is because the characters might not relate to the author herself. This doesn't stop the book from delivering wonderful content. Therefore, I cannot rate the author's effectiveness with her own emotions. The emotion in this story moves mostly from the character's thoughts.

The book is about a boy who has had his past hidden away. He is tormented by his evil cousin and strict aunt and uncle. Then, he finds out that he is a wizard. He finds out the past by a huge extremely pet-friendly  man named Hagrid. He shows him to a secret wizard school called Hogwarts. Harry is one of the most famous wizards in the school. He starts making friends like Ron and Hermione, and he starts planning his new future. Close to the end, he gets a chance to come face to face with the one who killed his parents, Voldemort.

I think this is a great book for anyone who enjoys adventure and fantasy. The imaginative content would please any reader. This book is a great start for young adult readers. I would recommend this book to anyone. I'm sure they would enjoy it as much as I did.
