Have you ever felt alone? You feel lost in the world without a real purpose? You feel like an outcast to the world? That is how Brawn feels. He is feared. He is forgotten. He is hated.

Stronger, the story of a super Human Clash is a delightful book that includes interesting settings, characters, and vocabulary. This 370 page book has an unforgettable story that will be in your thoughts forever. The story takes place in a church where a boy of regular stature suddenly morphs into Brawn. The 12 year old boy is 12 feet tall and he is super. As a person, he is naturally nice and can occasionally be moody. He values friendship and is a very honorable person.

On the other hand the menace, Mr. Tremont is very deceptive. He made Brawn believe that he was a nice person that helped him speak, but ended up being an evil genius wanting to wipe out all humans, leaving only superhumans to rule the Earth. This man is most likely in his midde ages. He values power and intelligence. He believes that humans are worth nothing and that they should be controlled by the super humans.

A huge conflict within the story is when he battles guards over a period of time. He constantly tries to escape but is always caught. This is of course an external conflict. The conflict sets up the climax. He is confronted by helicopters and he battles them by finding out his full potential and hurling trees at them.

This story is unlike any story I have ever read. It doesn’t have a resolution. He gets into a battle with his friends and the conflict is never really solved. The foreshadowing is given when Mr. Tremont wants a super computer. It gives you a hint that he wants an immense amount of knowledge and power. The theme that is given is if you believe in yourself yourself you can do anything. You life has a purpose and to get that purpose through you need to believe in your self.
