The Outsiders is a book I would highly suggest. If you’re looking for a book with adventure then I would suggest The Outsiders. It’s completely full of life! The book was so well written. I recommend it to absolutely anyone.

The book is about a 14 year old boy. His name is Ponyboy, yes that’s his real name. He’s lost his parents and lives with his two brothers, Darry and Sodapop. They’re still rebellious themselves, but they take good care of him. There are two different cliques or gangs, the Greasers and the Socials. Darry, Soda, and Ponyboy, along with a few more of their good friends are part of the Greasers. Johnny, a great friend of Pony’s and the rest of the gang, gets into some trouble. Some major trouble. Pony is with him, and was also part of the problem. So, they flee, they only tell Dallas. He’s also part of the Greasers.

Johnny and Ponyboy have to live by themselves, they listened to Dallas. The boys soon learn that it isn’t as great as they thought. I wouldn’t want to spoil the wonderful ending, so I won’t go much further into detail. You’ll have to read it yourself, but be prepared to shed a tear or two.

So, you can tell that The Outsiders is a great book. I hope that you found my review on the book interesting enough to make you want to read it also! I recommend reading the book and then watching the movie. You won’t regret stopping by your local library to pick it up, or even owning a copy. I own the book and the movie. It’s a favorite of mine , as well as my mom. We adore it. I hope you get as much enjoyment out of it as I did. Stay golden, Ponyboy.
