Title of review: “Stay Strong”
Number of stars (1 to 5): 5 stars
I must say that Demi Lovato has done an amazing job on making this book. Every word just touches your heart, and makes you want to read more.
I believe that this book is great for teens and young adults. This book is made to help you with yourself and to make you feel better in life.
Each chapter is dated day-by-day for you to read each one. Every chapter tells you a goal for that day to make feel better about yourself and to change something about yourself.
This book is a wonder book that has to be noticed. I know that this book can touch millions of young broken hearts that want something better in life. If you know that you want something in life or want to change something about yourself for the better, then this book is made for you.
