Farworld: Water Keep, is the first in the Farworld series and is about two people from different worlds, Marcus (from Earth) and Kyja (from Farworld), that are considered disabled in their world. When a force threatens to destroy Farworld, the two must join together to complete a journey to Water Keep to obtain one of the things that can save Farworld.

I personally didn't like the book very much, but I think that was due more to my age range than anything else. I am a teenager and found it to be a little too cheesy and a couple things to be beyond what would happen in reality. Now yes, it is about two different worlds and one has magic and it is fictional. But there are situations in the book where they are on Earth, and magic is not included, that seemed far fetched to me in general. Don’t get me wrong, it was a great book, for a fourth or fifth grader.
