Brother in Arms is one of the best Bluford series it was one of the best I have read in a while it is an about a boy named Martin his brother Huro and their mother. One day martin was with his friends Frankie chug Jesus and Fanz. When he brother Huro was following him like he does all the time there was a whit van and Frankie said “hit the ground” but Huro was the face done on the ground and Martian came over and he say a hole in his brothers head and the blood was mixing into the dirt like the rain did with the dirt. Martin was yelling “someone call an ambulance! But people where around him in a circle. After martin and his mother burry Huro martin mom moves 30 minutes away from the old house and they move to a new house and martin goes to Buford high school. And his first calls are English with a football jock and he met a cute girl and she changes him. When martin was in gym class he gets into a fight with a guy on the football team and beats the guy up him out and when he was walking home with the girl he got jumped by five guys on the football time and martins friends come and help him. But he had lost the girl forever. Martin goes to a party with his friends to a party and they saw the guy that killed Huro and they get in a gun fight and they kill the guy but one of their friends die so it was a win loses. So on the last page he on the steps at Bluford with a bloody face and late to class.
