This book entertains the reader with a mysterious plot. The protagonist Heidi is trying to find out all of her mother’s vocabulary and one special word “spoof” stands out. She doesn’t know anything about her mother except that Bernadette their caretaker found them in front of her doorstep and has been taken care of her mother’s mental disability. Heidi has been keeping track of her mother’s slow progress when “spoof” comes along witch drives Heidi across the country from Reno, Nevada, to new York to determine the mysterious word that revels her past and to find out who she is. This book is a touching story that keeps you wondering book like no other. I would really recommend this book to someone who likes suspense in their book and a story to connect with. So B . It is a book I could read over and over again. It’s such a good book and touching book. It shows and tells me that even if you’re young anything is possibly
