This is a great realistic fiction book you can see what happens in your mind. This is about a boy named Cloyd and an old man named Walter. Cloyd lived in a group home and but over the summer his housemother takes him to an orchard to help Walter keep it running. Cloyd worked hard over the summer and Walter takes Cloyd to his mine. After a couple days of working Walter lets Cloyd go on his way. When Cloyd come back something horrible has happened to Walter.

The book is in the present and it’s in the point of view of Cloyd mostly then suddenly it flips to Walter’s point of view, it gets confusing but it’s easy to catch on. The book was moving at parts and very interesting it kept me reading. It grabs you in on the first page. This book is for teens who love realistic fiction.

The book is amazing wild eventers and with a little thinking on the side. It just pulls you in, like a move in your head.
