In the exciting book, Hothead, written by baseball legend, Cal Ripken JR., Connor Sullivan, the best baseball player in the league, must find a way to deal with the pressure he's been feeling at home. This story takes place in modern day Baltimore, where Connor Sullivan has been feeling the heat at home. His dad has been looking for work for about three months now, and his mom is forced to pickup extra shifts at the hospital, just to make ends meet. Because of the situation Connor's in, he feels like he must succeed to make everything better, but whenever he makes a mistake he throws horrific temper tantrums.

This book had many strengths, but in my mind the best strength was the attention to detail. If your a sports fan you'd want to read it because it's written by a Hall of Fame baseball legend.

All in all, this book is suspenseful, exciting, and needs to be read by you.
