Pet Sematary by Stephen King
My opinion on this book is controversial. In the beginning Stephen King himself believed he went to far with this book and it may be the scariest he ever written. I however, do not believe this is true. Pet Sematary was not as frightening as it was melancholy. The whole theory of it was depressing. I also thought it was a great book which is where the clash in my opinions begin. Stephen King is a great writer and the book was well written. Without the depressing tone, there would be no book and I’d rather read it and feel their sorrow than read nothing at all. Overall the book gets a nine out of ten. I hope to read more from Stephen King, because this book introduces his great work.
