A Series of Unfortunate Events by Lemony Snicket and Brett Helquist
“Here we are”
As Mr. Poe said
While the Baudelaire children looked
They were so sad
As they saw there house in flames
All they could do is look in awe
And the flames could never be tame
When Mr. Poe picked the kids up
They had no idea where they were going
They looked around the car
And all they had from there old family was a cup of memories
They met there new guardian
Count Olaf is his name
They were worried
And they all looked the same
I'm not going to give the end away
Because it is so good
And it would be the shame
To give the end away
I recommend that you read it
Because it is so good
By the authors use of words
They are very easily understood
I couldn't stop reading
It kept me on my toes
I recommend this book to you so go, go, go
A Series of Unfortunate Events is a book by Lemony Snicket. They have made this book into a movie, with real live characters. I would give this book a 9 out of 10 because it seems like the author is talking to you. This book kind of reminds me of times where I have heard of the parent/guardian has mistreated his or her child. The way the author puts this book into the form he likes and the way he uses it as a mystery form.
