Restart, by Gordon Korman, is a realistic fiction novel. The book is about a boy who fell off a roof and got a bad concussion and had amnesia and did not remembering anything. When he went back to school, he did not remember any of his friends and his old friends were hanging out with him, but he doesn't remember that he use to be a bully, and so he is trying to be more nice and undo what he had done. He joined the video club to and he is trying to make friends there,  but he doesn't know that those were the people he bullied. He told them that he was a new person and not the old Chase and they are mostly his friend.

I think this is a good book for pre-teens. I like the style of the book because I like that Korman made the characters change every chapter. If I would rate this book out of 10 I would give this book a 9 because I liked the whole book because there was a lot of action in the whole book and there was no stopping point in the book, But the rest of the book was great.
