Stolen is about a girl at an airport with her two parents. The girl was drugged then kidnapped from the airport.

Stolen starts with a small family of three about to go to a family vacation at an airport. There was a guy that was at a coffee shop staring at the girl, Gemma, and he waited until her parents left her. She went to the coffee shop and saw him and said to herself that he looked familiar. She ordered a coffee and went through her wallet but did not have any bills so the cashier pulled back the coffee cup then the guy that was staring at her stepped up and paid for it. He grabbed the cup and drugged it and they both sat down at a table. Gemma talked with him for a bit then drank the coffee.

Gemma felt dizzy then fell asleep. He, Ty, took her before she even knows what’s happening To the Sand and Heat. To emptiness and isolation, To nowhere, and expects her to love him. She tries over and over to escape, but she can’t.

This book reminds of all the kidnapping that has happened all over the world. Many people were kidnapped/taken away or even killed for doing nothing. Many people who kidnapped expects the person they kidnapped to be happy, but they can’t because they want to be at home with their family. I did not expect for Ty to kidnap/drug Gemma right on the spot when they sat down together.

I recommend this book to people who likes to read fiction books and books where you would be surprised and not expect things to happen.
