Julia swore a neutral girl in south bay high she’d never join a gang—but for Eric, she’ll risk everything  juliet is 16 years old and she is very smart and she is trying to stay away from gangs. She lives in brooklyn she attends to school in brooklyn that runs by gangs where everyone is  involved in gangs except juliet and her best friend The school is mixed with crips and bloods which means the drama never ends


One day Julia got sent to the dean's office for standing up to her teacher. She goes to sit outside the dean's office and spots the new guy at South Bay. He is good looking. All the girls want him. That friday there was a school dance. Eric recognizes Julia and they start talking wehn eric jumps into her life  everything changes she fall in love for him she can’t believe that he is the only one that is not involved in gang Next day in school they had a party and they went together but Eric forgot about her because he was talking to his friends and everything. So she was upset and left from the party by her-self in the dark night. The Bloods were standing outside and she got scared but she keep walking. She heard some steps behind her  but it was Eric


Another party comes up turns out all the bloods were there and only Eric and another crip was there. Marie , Julia's blood friend , told Julia her plan to jump Eric and his homeboy to get jumped by all the bloods. So she managed to warn him. After Eric left the party all the bloods followed him and Eric had called over all his crip members. The bloods lost bad. The next day Eric calls Julia and takes her out to eat to thank her that she warned him . They end up getting back together


This book is  full of reality i recommend it to anybody it's a great story of gangs drugs love, I normally don't read book but this book really was a good book and i was into it,It would  really make sense to anybody
