Have you ever just noticed something that brought you back to your childhood. It made you feel as if you still there with all your toys and caring about anything else in the world. But as you snap back into reality with work and family you feel like you never wanted to grown up and be an adult. That what the story “The Little Prince” by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry may make you feel. Saint-Exupéry is a French writer that written many other books. He was a writer, poet, aristocrat, journalist, and pioneering aviator. The author uses dialogue to give great feeling between the characters and gives great detail throughout the the story about the settings and who the characters.  “The Little Prince” is a great story that is about a young boy who goes on an amazing adventure to small planets with rulers that are different from what you would think. The main character in the story is call the Little Prince. A man crashes his plane in the Sahara Desert. He then finds the Little Prince. The Little Prince tells stories to the man about his adventures. As the Little Prince to the stories about when he went to these different planets and meets the rulers he is told by them that he should not have an imagination. The rulers are rude and tell him that he need to grow up and be an adult. But he does not listen to them and moves on. He meets 3 different telling all of them that they are all wrong. Along the Little Princes adventure he makes a new friend with a fox. They play and play but there friendship had soon came to an end. The author in this story uses great detail on every page to describe and inform you on what's going on. The amount of detail is just enough to make you feel like you are there with the characters and not too much that it over explains things making it boring. The story is told in the view of the Little Prince and by a narrator and the pilot. This is an amazing story that I suggest to everyone to read. It was is meant for adults but the story is still interesting for younger generations.
