Zinc Bistro

To start, Zinc is one of my favorite restaurants because of the variety and the atmosphere. Zinc is located in Kierland Commons and appeals to a vast amount of individuals. It is a restaurant that you could stop by for a quick Mac n’ Cheese for a low price and leave within 20 minutes, or it can be a sit-down atmosphere on the patio for a relaxing dinner with your family. Food is the most important aspect when it comes to choosing a restaurant and their food is unbelievable. The steak is cooked perfectly to exactly what you ask for and it is topped with a pepperish rub that provides a great taste. The sauce they put on the side copes beautifully with the steak and with a side of warm fries, the meal is wonderful. The Mac n’ Cheese is crispy on the top and is very saucy with bits of ham in it that make it irresistible. Parking is somewhere that the restaurant lacks excellence because the parking garage supplies a long walk to and from the restaurant. The employees are extremely nice and helpful when it comes to choosing what you want for your meal. Sometimes the food takes a little bit of time to prepare but when it comes it is completely worth it. The volume is perfect, it is not too loud but also not too quite that it is awkward. The bar provides a place for people to get a nightcap or just stop in for a drink with a friend and it causes a fun and entertaining atmosphere.
