Senior Sonnet
It is not til now that I feel this great
Fear things will never be the same for us
All of this has gone at such a fast rate
Like a swift night quickly approaching dusk
Unaware of what the next day will bring
Stomachs knotted filled with plenty of nerves
We all anxiously wait for the last ring
And to we wait the coming twists and turns
Afraid that we may never come back here
But hope that our paths one day meet again
I do not want to forget this last year
So it is near time I put down this pen
Years turn to weeks hours minutes seconds
Live the last, not worry futures beckons
