To Be Ignored

Is it because of my face?
The way that I talk?
The way that I sing?
The way that I walk?
Is it because I like to write?
Because I always let down a fight?
Whatever it is,it's pushing me down.
Further and deeper, right into the ground.
I'm sorry I'm not perfect,
And that I can't afford great clothes.
But I have greater worries,
I have greater woes.
Why can't you love me for me
Instead of judging my mistakes.
For I serve the perfect recipe on a cracked plate.
